The Intimate Yoga Lesson - part 1

You enter the yoga studio, feeling a sense of calm wash over you as soon as you step inside. The dimly lit room is filled with the scent of essential oils, and candles flicker in the corners. You’re wearing your usual tight yoga pants and sports bra, looking forward to class as a way to relax and unwind from your busy life. As you set up your mat, you can’t help but think I hope Alejandro notices my progress today.

Alejandro walks in, setting up for the class. He greets you with a warm smile that makes your heart flutter just a little. “Hey there,” he says softly. “Ready for another great class?”

“Hi, Alejandro,” you reply, feeling a blush creep onto your cheeks. “Yeah, I’m looking forward to it.”

As the rest of the students arrive and settle in, Alejandro guides everyone through a series of warm-up poses. You follow along, trying your best to keep up with his soothing instructions.

“Inhale, and reach for the sky,” he says, demonstrating the pose. “Exhale, and fold forward.”

You inhale deeply, feeling your chest rise as you stretch your arms overhead. As you exhale, you fold forward, trying to touch your toes. Your body feels tight, and you struggle to reach them. You can feel Alejandro’s eyes on you, and you become flustered, thinking I wish Alejandro would help me like he does with the others.

Alejandro notices your difficulty and walks over to you. “Here,” he says gently, placing his hands on your hips. “Let me help you.” He guides you deeper into the forward fold, his touch sending a shiver down your spine.

As the class progresses, Alejandro continues to give you personal attention, occasionally brushing against your skin with his fingers as he helps you adjust your poses. You can’t help but feel a sense of excitement building inside you, and you wonder if he notices your reaction.

After class, as you’re packing up your things, Alejandro approaches you. “You did really well today,” he says with a smile. “I think you’re ready for something more challenging.”

“Thanks,” you reply, feeling a surge of pride. “What did you have in mind?”

You feel your heart race at the prospect of being alone with Alejandro. You’re intrigued by his offer and can’t help but wonder what he has in mind. “That sounds great,” you say, trying to keep your voice steady. “When were you thinking?”

“How about tomorrow evening?” he suggests. “We can meet here after the studio closes.”

You nod in agreement, feeling a mix of anticipation and nervousness. “Tomorrow it is,” you say with a smile.

Alejandro smiles back, his eyes holding yours for a moment longer than necessary. “See you then,” he says before turning to leave.
