A Rooftop Encounter - part 1

Chapter Text Goes Here:

You wake up feeling disoriented, the events of last night swirling in your mind. The sun is streaming through the windows, casting a warm glow over the room. Realizing you’ve overslept, you quickly get out of bed and start your morning routine. As you shower and get dressed, you try to distract yourself from thoughts of RM.

Dressed in a crisp white shirt and black slacks, you head to the hotel’s dining area for breakfast. But as you walk through the lobby, you see RM standing near the entrance, holding a bag from a nearby café. He smiles when he sees you, and your heart skips a beat.

“Morning,” he says, offering you a cup of coffee. “I thought you might be hungry after our … adventure last night.”

You take the coffee, feeling the warmth spread through your hands. “Thanks,” you say, trying to sound casual. “I didn’t expect to see you again so soon.”

RM grins. “Well, I couldn’t leave without saying goodbye properly.” He gestures toward your hotel room. “May I join you for breakfast?”

You hesitate for a moment, then nod. “Sure, come on in.”

Back in your room, RM sets the bag on the table and pulls out two croissants and a small container of fruit salad. He also has a copy of the New York Times, which he hands to you with a wink.

“I thought we could catch up on the news while we eat,” he says.

You smile, grateful for the distraction. As you read the paper, you can’t help but steal glances at RM. He’s wearing a dark blue suit that accentuates his broad shoulders and trim waist. His hair is still slightly disheveled from last night, giving him a rakish appeal.

“So,” he says after a few minutes, “how are you feeling this morning?”

You look up from the paper, meeting his gaze. “Honestly? I’m not sure.”

RM nods, his eyes filled with understanding. “It’s okay to feel confused,” he says softly. “This whole situation is … unexpected.”

You take a sip of your coffee, buying yourself some time to gather your thoughts. “I just don’t want things to get complicated,” you say finally. “My life is complicated enough as it is.”

RM reaches across the table and takes your hand in his. His touch sends a jolt of electricity through your body, making you catch your breath. “I understand,” he says gently. “But sometimes the most unexpected things are the ones that bring us the most joy.”

You look into his eyes, feeling your defenses start to crumble. There’s something about RM that makes you feel safe and cherished, even though you barely know him.

“I don’t want to hurt you,” you say quietly. “And I don’t want to get hurt either.”

RM smiles, his fingers tracing gentle circles on your palm. “I know,” he says softly. “But sometimes we have to take risks to find out what we truly want.”

You gaze at him for a long moment, his words resonating deep within you. Then, before you can stop yourself, you lean across the table and kiss him. His lips are warm and inviting, and you feel a spark of desire ignite within you.

As you pull away, RM’s eyes are dark with passion. “I’ve wanted to do that since the moment I saw you,” he whispers.

Your heart is pounding, and your body feels alive with anticipation. You know that there’s no turning back now. With a shaky breath, you stand up and take RM’s hand, leading him toward the bedroom.
